We are a top provider of custom bronze sculptures created by our renowned artists and sculptors, Dave Damon and Valentin. The photographs on this page show the before and after images of a bronze casting made by the sculptor Valentine who was commsioned to sculpt a custom bronze bust of the President of the well known College Bethune-Cookman. Note that even the subject's glasses were includesd in the final bronze sculpture.
Read what the Senior Class President, Tikica Scott, had to say about the bronze sculpture: "The bust turned out very nice. The Senior Class as well as the President and the others who saw it were very pleased with the results. Thank you for the great work MarbleClassics."
In addition, the bronze sculpture brought media attention in the form of a report on CNN global news covering the honoration of the sculpture as it was given to the Bethune-Cookman College President, Dr. Oswald P. Bronson. That kind of free media attention alone can be worth more than the cost to make the custom bronze sculpture itself in the first place.
Famous Sculpture Artist Valentin Valentin graduated with a Master of Art degree from UCLA, California and has this to say about his art: "My art is based on human forms, which express the dynamics of the soul and powerful energy of the creative mind. My sculptures resonate love and compassion for humanity, the power of Nature and the energy of Spiritual presence."
I was born and raised in Sofia, Bulgaria. Since childhood, I've always been inspired by the visual grandeur of ancient Greek civilization and art from the Italian Renaissance. Fascinated with the intrinsic beauty of the human form, I studied sculpture and anatomy for more than 15 years, eventually earning a Bachelor, then a Master degree in Art.
A classical education has provided me with the foundation to begin developing my own artistic language and style. I began to express the endless beauty and harmony of the world through abstract art. However, I don't consider my work as experimental or "good try" abstract art. Instead, my unique style incorporates and symbolizes grace, beauty, spontaneity, and a powerful inner logic inherent to this wonderful, awe-inspiring universe that we inhabit.
We all know that the artistic representation of a simple form or human body can be interpreted in a hundred different ways. That is the beauty of abstract art - the diversity of the art and the diversity of the interpretation is as limitless as the human imagination. It's a two-way creative process.
Throughout the 1980's and 1990's, my bronzes have been showcased in many of the largest and most prestigious art forums in Europe including Bazel Art, in Switzerland, and the Frankfurt Art Fair, in Germany. My art has been exhibited in every western European country, and in many others countries such as Greece, Japan, Mexico and the United States.

There are many people who wish to have a very special person immortalized for their inspiring service to their church and community. We were commissioned to make a bronze bust of a well love and respected African American, Bishop B.D. Kinsey for a Church in Jacksonville, Florida. This church called the Cathedral of Faith Church of God in Christ had a leader and mentor with Bishop B.D. Kinsey and wanted to immortalize this man with a life size 30" bronze sculpture.
Our sculptor, Karoy had only one photograph of Bishop B.D. Kinsey provided by the church which they wanted the sculpture made of him as a younger man dressed in his traditional robe. Our sculptor made a three dimensional proportionate piece of art capturing the likeness and essence of Bishop Kinsey.
This was very important to the church as Bishop B.D. Kinsey was a Powerful Visionary and spiritual leader in Jacksonville and the surrounding area. It is said he was a winning strategy for a troubled world and his television and radio broadcast was on the air for over fifteen years inspiring the faith of many in his congregation.

At Statue sculptures, our talented crew of designers, craftsmen and sculpture artists have been making one of a kind custom portrait projects for individuals, business and professional organization for many years. In 2005we were commissioned to make a custom life size bronze bust of Bill Bader Sr. a name that became linked with drag racing since April 1974 when Mr. Bader purchased an inoperable dragstrip named Norwalk Dragway. Working with pictures and discriptions provided by Jayme Bader and her associates at Norwalk raceway the first step was creating a clay model bust of Mr. Bader. When we were reviewing the pictures provided by Norwalk Raceway of Bill he seems to bequite the personality showing a lot of expression as a fun lovingcharacter with a big warming smile. Our sculptor worked to capture this mans essence in thisart piece and raise it above a mere three-dimensional rendition to a classic work of art that transmits its magic and power to the viewer forgenerations after this bronze sculpture bust was created. Statue Sculptures welcomed the opportunity to create a major work of art in figurative bronze statuary with the creation of the bronze bust of Bill Bader Sr.
During Night Under Fire on July 2, 2005, John Force unveiled his choice for the first Drag Racing Legend to be honored on the hood of his Nitro-burning Mustang. There, before a capacity crowd, John Force unveiled to the world the bronze statue bust of Bill Bader Sr, a name that became linked with drag racing since April of 1974 when he purchased an inoperable dragstrip namedNorwalk Dragway. Mr. Bader provided a lifelong commitment that would captivate drag racing fans and participants from every aspect of the sport, and forever placed Norwalk Raceway Park among the top racetracks in the world. Bill’s way included a fastidious attention to detail and a commitment by providing family entertainment at an affordable cost. Norwalk Raceway i.e. Summit Motorsports Park's rapid growth was fueled by the commitment of one family of happy warriors, whose attention to detail and spirited dedication to the customer, is unequaled in drag racing. Few businesses anywhere on the planet strive as hard to please their customers.
Summit Motorsports Park, formerly Norwalk Raceway Park and Norwalk Dragway, is a drag racing facility located on State Route 18 near Norwalk, Ohio. It has been a National Hot Rod Association (NHRA) sanctioned facility since 2007 and annually hosts a round of both the NHRA Full Throttle Drag Racing Series and the NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series. Norwalk Raceway would like to use this original custom portrait bronze bust to be duplicated and used as an award that will be presented each year at their awards banquet.
At Statue Sculptures, we were commissioned to design and create a memorial of Werner Fricker for the U.S. Soccer Federation. We used several photographs Mr. Fricker provided by his colleagues and family to create the life-size bust capturing his personality and essence in the finished piece. We were also contracted to install the complete monument located at the U.S. Soccer National Training Center at the Home Depot Center in California including the custom bronze bust, commemorative plaque and cement base completing the project in time for their special presentation. We are very proud to have completed this memorial that will stand for generations honoring his legacy.
One of the most honored sport icons we have had the pleasure of designing, creating and sculpting a memorial for was Mr. Werner Fricker that was president of the U.S. Soccer Federation from 1984 to 1990 and a man regarded as a pioneer of the sport in this country. Werner Fricker served the Game of Soccer at all levels in the United States. Werner Fricker (born January 24, 1936 in Karlsdorf, Yugoslavia; (Banatski Karlovac; died May 30, 2001 in Horsham, Pennsylvania) was a German-American football (soccer) halfback who later became president of the United States Soccer Federation. As a player, he was captain of the United German-Hungarian team from 1958 to 1969, winning the National Amateur Cup with the club in 1965. He also was a member of the U.S. national team.
Werner Fricker was inducted into the National Soccer Hall of Fame, The Concacaf Hall Of Fame and The Philadelphia Old Timers Soccer Hall of Fame. The United German American Committee of the USA also honored him. He was inducted into the USASA Hall of Fame. His leadershipwas a major factor in the Federation’s increased vitality and progress, and he was directly responsible forbringing the FIFA World Cup to the United States for the first time in 1994. He had a vision for the U.S. National Teams to be successful and worked tirelessly to bring all members of US Soccer together to serve that goal. Fricker's involvement in soccer continued as an administrator, and he achieved his greatest success in 1988 when, as president of U.S. Soccer, he led the campaign that resulted in the U.S. being awarded the 1994 World Cup tournament. Werner Fricker is a U.S. Soccer pioneer and will be remembered by everyone involved in the sport as we continue to reap the benefits of his leadership across more than 40 years of involvement at the game's highest levels.
The Werner Fricker memorial located at the northeast corner of Mooch Myernick Field at The Home Depot Center was unveiled during the ceremony an hour before the match between U.S. Men’s National Team’s FIFA World Cup qualifying match against Barbados on Sunday, June 15 2008. U.S. Soccer President Sunil Gulati will unveil the bronze bust memorial and present a commemorative plaque to Werner Fricker's children: Werner Fricker Jr., Marlene Fricker and Janet Malofiy (nee Fricker). The Werner family will also be presented at halftime of the U.S. Men's qualifying match against Barbados. This memorial of Warner Fricker is in special recognition of his guidance, perseverance and dedication in establishing the sport of soccer in the United States.
